      Pros

      Management listens to problems, pay is pretty good for the area. Company helps with employee development (i.e designations, tuition reimbursement), plenty of opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Management has their favorites. Management listens to your concerns however hardly implement any employee suggestions and wonder why things don't work well. There is so much work to do, maybe too much.

      Pros

      Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

      Cons

      It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

      Pros

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
