Pros

Some AWA (9/80 workweeks) and WFH available Generally pays at or a little above other places in the area Pay for performance, so if you do well, you get rewarded

Cons

Lot of change in direct managers Expect to work a decent amount of overtime, especially if you're on their top projects Schedules for development often slip in big projects and force testing to shorten their timeframes and work weekends

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
