      Good work life balance, excellent FTO and personal days. Work from home flexibility. Great benefits and great co workers

      Chaotic management style, leadership will tell you what you want to hear but their actions are the opposite of their words. Misleading with a false sense of security. When it’s good it’s very good but when it’s bad it’s unbearable.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
