      Pros

      They offer excellent compensation and benefits IMO. Liberty Mutual has a great reputation in the industry and I absolutely loved the people I worked with.

      Cons

      The company culture is not especially fun, but if you don't care about that it's not an issue. The responsibilities of a claims adjuster have significantly increased over the years.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
