Pros
It's a fair place to work but I do miss the days of the previous parent company which just seemed to view their employees as people and not numbers.
Cons
Work/life balance can be a challenge but that's pretty much corporate America. There does seem to be a disconnect in communication between mid/upper mgmt and front line employees. There is constant change sometimes for the better and sometimes not. They encourage you to "think outside the box" but as long as its within the guidelines which can be a little off-putting.
