      Very political. With the liked people getting the roles and opportunities. So if you are in that crowd great. Also less political at lower levels so better for junior people

      Cons

      Go through full reports every 2 years with layoffs and completely different structure/managers. The results are you end up either laid off in one of them (seems to be no rhyme or reason). Or you are managed by someone who has no idea what they are doing.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
