Pros
I've seen some of the best teamwork I've ever seen in individual squads working in their IT department. They have each other's backs and help each other out whenever needed.
Cons
Senior Leadership does not understand the decisions they are making. They are investing blindly, and when things don't work out they are quick to pull all funding in IT projects. They say they put people first, but they cannot be trusted to do so in tough markets. In the last year alone they cut over 2000 people across the company. There is no job security with this company and they don't follow common management practices.
