      Pros

      The amount of money, even at entry level is pretty good. Many of the trainers are amazing. A few very supportive managers.

      Cons

      The metrics are waaay too high. Almost no one in the unit was meeting the initial metrics, then they raised them. They put people on 30 day probation periods to get your numbers together, however NO ONE comes back from probation. It literally is 30 days for you to basically find another job.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
