      Lots of opportunity. Job security as it is a big company that's difficult to buy. Lots of opportunities to move around the company as well.

      Cons

      Long hours that aren't always rewarded. Hard work is the standard, making it hard to excel beyond that. Underpaid for now.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
