      New leadership encourages micromanagers Promote from outside organization and not inside Subjective KPI's Toxic Positivity Employee's are burned out and over worked, and not given any help. Work/life balance is substandard. You will receive emails from managers and leadership well past 8pm and on weekend expecting an answer.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
