      Fully remote. Hours of work are very suitable, especially if you have kids.

      Nothing I was told in my interview was how it actually was in terms of growth opportunities, pay scales/rises and the processes within the role itself.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
