      Paycheck like clockwork, every two weeks

      Cons

      Pension contribution is stopping. Less contributions to 401k as a onetime year end amount, rather than every two weeks. Multiple rounds of job cuts and cost cutting. Less room for advancement through position eliminations.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
