      You get great training in the first two months. Easy to hit your goal.

      Cons

      If you do not preform well you will be mistreated by the trainers to push you out before you hit the sales floor. Micromanagement, by ready because they will count how many breaths you took a day.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
