Pros

- Flexible team - Flexible Growth Opportunities - Okay Benefits

Cons

This place will drain you. Most people either are stuck in their ways or actively applying for other positions. The culture here is sink or swim. The first thing I was told when I started here was to get out as soon as i can… You WILL get yelled at. If you’re a person of color, stay away. This place does not value you. I spent months of work trying to accomplish what should have been a team goal to only feel isolated and afraid the entire time i was here. If you’re looking for a fun, team-based environment… this is not the place. Everyone is just trying to stay afloat to care about the next person. You will not receive training. This job promotes constant stress and ZERO support. This place will make you passionate about the work we do and make you overwork yourself to protect something that might not even be worth protecting. I genuinely hope the culture here changes because the people who work here are extremely talented and deserve better management.
