great benefits, very easy to get a broad experience base and transfer throughout many different company locations, experience with many different systems, within one company very easy to experience many different procedures and ways of thinking, many employees have worked many different functions and have a lot of experience and are highly willing to share lessons learned
Cons
low compensation compared to peers, high performance is not rewarded well beyond average performance, HR is glacially slow and unresponsive and often resists promoting high performers to keep costs down, managers are highly inconsistent in quality and have little ability to recognize high performers
