      Pros

      Work Life Balance is amazing. The actual work isn't terribly bad as long as you know what your doing and have help that you need. However 4x10 is getting eliminated in space and they are putting everyone on 9/80(which isnt terrible as you get every other friday off).

      Cons

      LOTS of office politics in some groups. You need to watch your back QUITE a lot in some groups and document everything as people tend to backstab when given the chance

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
