      Pros

      The culture here is excellent. There is a high priority of customer satisfaction. Agile practices are a big plus. Everyone here wants to help me become the best I can be. There is no micro-management at all but all schedules are met.

      Cons

      I don't have a single con currently, and I do not think I will have any any time soon.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
