Pros
-Good for folks starting out in the workplace out of college -We were paid on a weekly basis -Telework culture was great -Some of the managers really care about the people they manage
Cons
-My division (IS & GS) is being sold, so there was turnover when that was announced -Low salary increases after good reviews -Although tuition assistance is offered, it seems only certain divisions can take advantage of it (like the engineers), if you don't fall into the "business model"-- good luck trying to get the money offered.
