Pros
Worked with some of the most talented developers, engineers, and analysts in my career. These people really cared about what their products and who they helped.
Cons
No training. Poor benefits. Pay is not based on performance but political. Highly political environment. Not a good place if you are looking to grow your career. There is a "not invented here" attitude. Employees are disposable commodities. LMT has a very high overhead structure that provides little to no value to their Customers. Upper management is so arrogant that they tell the Customers one thing and do the exact opposite. Upper management is more interested in their own advancement rather than the Company's or the Customers.
