Pros
Competitive pay and benefits, Good work life balance, depending on your manager. Lots of paid exercise because the work areas are so far apart and far away from the parking areas.
Cons
Poor leadership. The facilities are dirty and in poor repair outside of the production areas. Evidence of rats and cockroaches can be seen throughout the campus. It feels more like a military base, (sterile), but without the cleanliness you would find around the military.
