      Pros

      They respect / are good at great work-life balance. There is good opportunity for advancement. There is a laid-back culture that makes it easy to relate to management.

      Cons

      There are a lot of inefficiencies at the company. Because it is a large company, there is duplication with departments and it is easy to get lost in the crowd.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
