Pros
Decent pay, other job oppurtunitities are available. Very interesting company with alot of different areas of business. Work for a great boss who cares about me and wants me to succeed.
Cons
Medical Benefits get worse every year. 401K is decent, There are too many redundant management tools put into use to provide information to senior management. Lack of communication on all levels hurts this company.
