      Pros

      Good place to start a career Tuition Reimbursement program good for young engineers. Job security- more stable than commercial companies.

      Cons

      Work pace is slow sometimes due to the loads of paper work. Not many opportunities to work with leading edge technology. Pay is a little below the average market value. Sometimes your reports to manager has no clue on your work assignments.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
