      Pros

      You can pick a 48hr work week and get off every other friday. In addition, they have other great time off benefits. No stress, usually no overtime!

      Cons

      Horrible growth opportunities. Relationship between management and employees is nonexistent. 100% cubicle monkey. Can spend an entire day or week not interacting with anyone else. Actual projects are often boring and you can be pigeonholed for future careers because the jobs are so specific in nature.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
