Pros
Started out with solid benefits, competitive pay, chance to take on exciting/challenging problems (no shortage of ownership/responsibilities for those looking to excel).
Cons
Highly influenced by government politics with diminishing customer diversity. Though current Corporate/Space Systems executive leadership have 100+ collective years of experience at LM, they seem ill-prepared to navigate changing financial, political, and technical environment (ex. Commercial Ventures effort seems like a feeble attempt to breathe new life into the business). Simply put, LM Space Systems has fallen out of favor. What is particularly frustrating is the lack of transparency between executive leadership and workforce.
