Pros
Big company with many locations, if you need/want to move somewhere it's possible to find work without leaving the company. Good place to learn policies and live within a culture of best practices
Cons
Upward movement is difficult and because of its size you are "sheltered" from the opportunity to see and participate in the bigger picture many times. Difficult to advance as a high performer with no gray area in the HR policies and current movement to de-level many senior personnel.
