Pros
100% flex time. You pick your schedule, and rarely have overtime (excluding 24/7 call, which rotates among team members). Great time off, some good perks (free online tech books, gym memberships) Relaxed work environment with technically adept people.
Cons
The benefits (health) suck and look to get worse in the future. Management often rewards itself with cash bonuses and employees get a pizza party. Other than that, really not that bad.
