Pros
Lockheed is full of smart people who have pride in the corporation and work hard. Some locations are better than others (Palmdale, CA is horrible), but the engineers, management, and support staff on the east coast and northern California were wonderful to work with and for.
Cons
Some of the more industrial locations (Palmdale, CA) had a lot of unhappy workers that were resistant to change. Also, because it is such a large corporation, advancement and standing out can be challenging.
