Pros
LM has fair pay, interesting projects/work, and has great flexibility. The flexibility is amazing for those who don't have interest in working beyond 40 hours each week, and the 4/10 or 9/80 schedules allow you to flex your hours week-to-week. They provide the option for having every other Friday off via the 9/80, or having every Friday off with the 4/10 schedule.
Cons
Certain projects are pushed more than others, so at times it can feel you're being pushed towards a role that isn't a great fit for you. I've only experienced this with a select few leaders, but is still important to keep your own career aspirations and interests in mind at the end of the day.
