      As long as programs are funded it is a very secure job. Large company, decent benefits from day 1. Vested from day 1.

      Cons

      METRICS, METRICS, METRICS.... Refusal to carry inventory leads to shortages OMG the parking situation is dire.... 1/2 mile walk from the car to my cubicle... The cubicle that I share w/2 other people... in an open room with hundreds of cubicles... hundreds of people...

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
