      Pros

      I love that LM MFC works on a 4/10 schedule and currently my position is fully remote. They provide relocation assistance for recent graduates, 401K ,healthcare, tuition assistance if you want to continue to further your career.

      Cons

      They do not have a manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico, the Aguadilla site is only for offices. PR 401K match is really low compare to other industries and compare to other sites of LM in the US.

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
