Highly bureaucratic and old school, experience sexism, racism, xenophobia and other issues without any corrections from leadership. Old school culture of "pay your dues" leaving older workers able to do 20% of the work while younger worker do 180% without the pay or recognition because they haven't been there long enough. Very 1960s culture in places, only trying to change surface level or high level for optics, not in the day to day experience
