      Pros

      I'm only posting this so I can help a friend find jobs to apply for. I have literally no opinions about Lockheed that would make me uneasy about recommending it as an employer.

      Cons

      I guess the health benefits are kind of janky. It's a high-deductible health plan, meaning unless you're spending $2k a year on medical bills, most of your basic costs are coming out of pocket. But they also give a pre-tax health savings account so I GUESS it balances out?

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
