Pros
*Lots of freedom on what I want to do and work on. *Flexible working hours *Friendly environment *Smart people *Collaborative environment
Cons
*Because of aggressive network splitting(because classified projects), there can be a lack of many collaboration tools in some situations, and sometimes work is repeated because of this. *On the flip side of lots of freedom is lots of freedom, you need to be a bit self driven to help find more work to do, there is plenty to do and out there, but still probably a bit rough for someone not used to this.
