Great benefits and 3 weeks vacation every year. 9/80 schedule makes every other Friday an off day and gives over a week in floating holidays. Fun projects.
Cons
Work can sometime be very copy and paste old code and reuse it for your new project so it can get a little monotonous and very challenging most days.
