Good benefits, climate controlled hangars (heat), company supplied tools, lots of company events where food and souvenirs are given out
Cons
extreme lack of aviation experience within management, no aircraft familiarization courses or training provided to employees (with minor exceptions), company supplied tools, management expects and forces certain people to act as leads without officially giving them the title and paying them accordingly, the ACE program has wasted more time and money than it has saved, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing
