      Pros

      Large company so there many opportunities for employees. Large number of business lines so you can find lots of interesting things to do.

      Cons

      Heavy on EEO requirements as opposed qualified employees. LM was long admired as an innovator of technologies but with the new "career minded" management... counting money has become the focus.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
