      Good salary and benefits. Somewhat flexible work schedule, depending on your direct supervisor

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. They ensure that trainings/literature all emphasize it, but the work culture does not allow for it. Managers are allowed to have flexibility, but are able to enact it at their discretion and many are driven to micromanage based on Senior leadership's oversight.

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
