Pros

A few nice people and remote work

Cons

Run!!! Seriously. Leadership is cutthroat, self-serving, and dishonest — I was personally misled multiple times throughout my time there. When it came down to it, I felt disposable, like the people at the top simply did not care about employees as human beings. On top of that, they pay well below market rate. I left wishing I had never taken the job, and I hope anyone reading this finds a company that actually values you!

Pros

Collaborative culture – Employees genuinely want both the company and their coworkers to succeed. Teams are supportive, and people consistently step in to help each other. Flexible work environment – Strong work-from-home flexibility while still prioritizing meaningful in-person team collaboration and connection. Agile and forward-thinking – The company stays focused on the future of ecommerce while remaining adaptable as the industry evolves and priorities shift. Investment in growth – Leadership continues to invest in the company’s growth, innovation, and long-term direction.

Cons

At times, the company can feel like it’s “building the plane while flying it.” As a growing organization, some processes and structure are still evolving. That said, responsibilities are distributed well, and while everyone contributes beyond their core role when needed, no one is expected to carry the workload of multiple people. There’s a shared sense of ownership in helping build and improve the business.

Pros

Logicbroker offers a lot of autonomy, which can be a great fit if you like figuring things out, taking ownership, and learning by doing. Leadership has seemed reasonable and approachable in my experience, and the company’s strong push toward AI is genuinely exciting. It feels like a good place to build practical AI skills and get exposure to where the industry is heading.

Cons

The culture can feel a little unsettled. There are a few distinct groups that do not feel fully integrated, which can make the workplace feel somewhat disconnected, with uneven morale and unclear alignment across teams. There is also room for more organizational structure and clearer processes. The biggest focus appears to be AI, which is exciting, but it can sometimes feel like basic operational organization is taking a back seat.
