Toxic environment overshadowed by some great colleagues

Pros

There are some incredibly thoughtful and intelligent people at Logicbroker, people who will go out of their way to be helpful and make sure you feel welcome.

Cons

I don’t know if I have enough space to write how I feel. It’s one of the most toxic places I’ve ever worked and after each Monthly All Hands I feel even worse about myself, the company and our future. Nothing improves after months of promises. People are leaving left and right and it’s being called normal attrition. Nothing is normal about the state of affairs at Logicbroker. And not only are tenured and valuable employees leaving but customers are churning in a major way. They see no value in what we provide and tbh, they’re not wrong. Sadly it seems that everyone at the top is out for themselves and see no issue in putting their respective teams down, making them feel less than human and as if they don’t belong. And to make matters worse, we were ‘asked’ to write Glassdoor review for compensation. How embarrassing.

Strange Place

Pros

Logicbroker offers a lot of autonomy, which can be a great fit if you like figuring things out, taking ownership, and learning by doing. Leadership has seemed reasonable and approachable in my experience, and the company’s strong push toward AI is genuinely exciting. It feels like a good place to build practical AI skills and get exposure to where the industry is heading.

Cons

The culture can feel a little unsettled. There are a few distinct groups that do not feel fully integrated, which can make the workplace feel somewhat disconnected, with uneven morale and unclear alignment across teams. There is also room for more organizational structure and clearer processes. The biggest focus appears to be AI, which is exciting, but it can sometimes feel like basic operational organization is taking a back seat.

Horrible experience

Pros

A few nice people and remote work

Cons

Run!!! Seriously. Leadership is cutthroat, self-serving, and dishonest — I was personally misled multiple times throughout my time there. When it came down to it, I felt disposable, like the people at the top simply did not care about employees as human beings. On top of that, they pay well below market rate. I left wishing I had never taken the job, and I hope anyone reading this finds a company that actually values you!
