Pros

Genuinely a fun place to work, offered progression opportunities quickly. Every one is like a family and I’ve made friends for life. Customers are mostly lovely so it’s a nice environment. Very strong FOH staff

Cons

Poor management and communication. Some kitchen staff genuinely unbearable to work with at times and no one seems to want to say anything. Lots of pressure on supervisors despite not getting a bonus or any recognition for slightly above minimum wage. Promises of progression for some people are backtracked which isn’t fair. Hours promised which they can’t deliver on. Very high turnover

Pros

My FOH and BOH team and GM were amazing people and it was a pleasure being able to work with them

Cons

The operations team and "decision makers" of the company do not care about the staff who run the day-to-day operations (FOH and BOH). Constantly trying to cut corners and understaffing the restaurant. Made for difficult shifts where EVERYONE was overworked and underpaid. Unhappy staff = unhappy customers.
