Pros
Organization's culture is good overall. They are quite employee friendly. They rightly say it's not because of the company an employee leaves, he leaves because of his manager. If you are manger is supportive, then it's the best company for you. No problem with the organisation.
Cons
In direct words, I politely asked my manager to show some respect towards me as she was bully in nature. She threatened me to leave the company otherwise she will spoil my future career what she actually did by puking anything in my BGV form. Before me , she fired an other candidate as well before her joining as she didn't like the candidate's attitude. She was bullying her which she didn't let her. So god knows what story she told to the higher management and rejected her candidature inspite of the fact that she had cleared all the rounds of interview and was selected by higher management. You can imagine if this is the plight of employees of HR department, what will happen to the other departments. During exit , I gave her 3 stars out of 5, (though she rightly deserved 1)she started yelling on that also.
