- Fellow Artists - Great foot in the door in industry -Excellent Projects - Fast learning curve - Most leads/sups are great, very helpful - Enjoyable Environment
Cons
- Pay Doesn't Match level of work expected. Senior Work for Junior Pay - Communication is terrible. Don't expect emails to be answer unless they want to talk to you - Dishonourable management. Lots of broken promises/contracts
