Great for learning. Lot of options of food outside the office permise. Flexible in office timing. No micro management. Good movies to work on.
Cons
Lot of dependence with London, Montreal team. Lack of independent decision making. Unprecedented job security, no clarity or reason for employees on job. Less pay compared to industrial scale.
