Pros
Good work life balance, decent projects, good pipeline. A lot of opportunities for new people who want to learn new skills. Artists are given chance to take new skills and transfer request to other department are accepted , if demonstrated required skill.
Cons
Lack of leadership team, mostly new people , old set team are leaving. Less salary compensation.
