Friendly staff poor management - Administrative Assistant MPM Chartered Accountants Employee Review

Great place to work, prime location right next to public transport, entertaining partners and excellent clients. Not to mention continuous ongoing CPD and monthly lunches. Abundance of snacks in the kitchen to keep your energy flowing. Workflow is reasonable and many colleagues available to assist to solve complex work tasks. Best coworkers, made many friends for life.

None that I can think of. The previous employees that had left negative reviews were incompetent and do not represent MPM's true values.

1. work hours strictly 8:30-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break 2. tea and coffee and snacks for staff in the kitchen

1. the partners will take their anger/stress/bad mood out on you. Be prepared to be yelled at for mistakes that aren't your fault 2. little to no training provided. Some questionable senior admin staff with clique-y office culture 3. no paid overtime 4. boring, repetitive work with no room for growth
