absolutely hated this job, if u wanna wake up everyday and reconsider your life decision come work here.

Terrible and abusive workplace. Staff are inexperienced and and nasty, very controlling and manipulative young admin team. Absolutely no respect for anyone who isn't a partner or a PA. On multiple occasions overheard young female staff gossiping about other workers, and witnessed a Partner verbally abuse the receptionist. Dysfunctional, power-hungry and incredibly unpleasant place to work. Unfortunately they are taking advantage of inexperienced newcomers and graduates who are not aware that the culture and at MPM is unacceptable and would not be tolerated at other workplaces. I would recommend anyone who values kindness and respect to avoid MPM Accountants.
