      Pros

      Treat you unfairly and unprofessionally Regular unpaid overtime Boring and repetitive tasks

      Cons

      Poor management here, low salary compare to the market rate, easily feel too much pressure and unfair from the partner, they are very unprofessional and easily shout at you for minor stuff. They don’t value team member and there is no corporate culture. No growth opportunity here.

      1. work hours strictly 8:30-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break 2. tea and coffee and snacks for staff in the kitchen

      Cons

      1. the partners will take their anger/stress/bad mood out on you. Be prepared to be yelled at for mistakes that aren't your fault 2. little to no training provided. Some questionable senior admin staff with clique-y office culture 3. no paid overtime 4. boring, repetitive work with no room for growth
