Frustrating. Owner(s) (main owner may not know) did not want to listen to engineering advice regarding safety matters nor matters of cost savings. Offered up one component (one cost $70 and found better replacement for $18) replacement to save $40,000 a year and told that was not enough to worry about. Had to buy my own writing utencils and paper. Was told relocation expenses would be reimbursed. I was only given $300 of the total moving expenses (used a u-haul and moved myself, glad I did) of $800. Many safety hazards in produced equipment and no desire to improve them. No ventilation in shop except for open doors. OSHA monitoring equipment worked around by opening doors. Extensive welding and plasma cutting occurring and can taste it in your mouth after being in shop for a couple of minutes. "Electrical Engineer" didn't know ohms law and misinformed customers on troubleshooting techniques due to his basic lack of electricity. Too many cons to list. Do yourself a favor if you have worked as a real mechanical or electrical engineer, stay away until the President steps down.
