      I work on cruise ships, sailing about 8 months per year, I feel that after 15 years on board it is the right time to transfer my experience to the hotel land industry

      Not many pros to highlight

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in a short period of time. Was only there for a few weeks before I noticed the mircromanaging of middle and upper management. People seemed to be watching every little thing you did to try and catch you in a mistake. Also, people were watching how often I used my phone, what time I arrived, ate lunch, and left everyday. Just a very strange workplace and I would not recommend anyone work here
